容积卡尔曼滤波由于其良好的滤波稳定性和高精度,是目前应用最为广泛的滤波算法.通过介绍迭代容积卡尔曼滤波、平方根容积卡尔曼滤波和自适应容积卡尔曼滤波3种容积卡尔曼滤波的原理及优缺点,结合具体实例,分析其在导航定位、目标跟踪、弹道数据处理中的应用情况,为选取合适的容积卡尔曼滤波进行数据处理提供参考.研究表明,容积卡尔曼滤波具备优异的非线性逼近性能、数值精度以及滤波稳定性,能有效处理高维数非线性系统滤波问题,为解决实际问题提供了有效手段.
Cubature Kalman Filter Classification and Application
The Cubature Kalman Filter is the most widely used filtering algorithm due to its good filtering stability and high precision.By introducing the principles,advantages and disadvantages of three types of cubature Kalman filters,namely iterative cubature Kalman filter,square root cubature Kalman filter and adaptive cubature Kalman filter,and analyzes their applications in navigation positioning,target tracking and trajectory data processing with specific examples,providing a reference for selecting the appropriate cubature Kalman filter for data processing.The study shows that the cubature Kalman filter has excellent nonlinear approximation performance,numerical accuracy and filtering stability,and can effectively handle the filtering problem of high-dimensional nonlinear systems,providing an effective means to solve practical problems.
