Research on External Driving Mechanism of Enterprise Digital Transformation:Based on Strategic Alliance Perspective
Enterprise digital transformation is an important micro foundation driving the high-quality development of China's digital economy in the new era.However,due to the lack of inter-nal resources and transformation capabilities,digital transformation of enterprises is easy to fall in-to the difficult dilemma of transformation.Whether strategic alliances based on cooperative rela-tionships can help enterprises to break this dilemma is worthy of in-depth exploration.Therefore,based on the perspective of strategic alliance,this paper takes Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies as the research object to explore how enterprises use strategic alliance to drive digital transformation.It is found that enterprise participation in strategic alliances can significantly drive digital transformation,and the advanced human capital structure will strengthen this driving effect.The path of action test finds that strategic alliance can help enterprises improve collaborative inno-vation ability,enhance digital investment and restrain management short-sighted behavior,so as to drive digital transformation.Further inspection shows that the mode of equity-based alliance coop-eration,the enterprises and government departments as the alliance cooperation objects,and the al-liance cooperation content covering digital technology,are conducive to enhancing the driving role of strategic alliance on enterprise digital transformation.Compared to other enterprises,strategic alli-ances help to drive the digital transformation of high-tech enterprises and enterprises located in re-gions with high levels of IP protection.Finally,strategic alliances can significantly promote high-quality enterprise development by driving enterprise digital transformation.This study not only en-riches the relevant research of strategic alliance and digital transformation,but also provides refer-ence and enlightenment for promoting high-quality development of enterprises.
