Agricultural Insurance,Agricultural Industrial Structure and Rural Integrated Development
Agricultural insurance is an important guarantee for the construction of a strong agricultural country,and the rural integration has gradually become the embodiment of the goal of high-quality agricultural development.This paper tries to construct CES production function model and theoretical framework,and uses the data of 30 provinces from 2010-2022 to explain how agricultural insurance affects the rural integrated development.It is found that,the agricultural insurance,which has the benefit effect and the factor allocation effect,is an important factor to optimize agricultural industrial structure and promote the rural integrated development.The agricultural industrial structure is the intermediary mechanism of agricultural insurance boosting the development of rural integration.The influence of agricultural insurance on rural integration development has the heterogeneity of crop planting structure,farmland transfer,labor transfer and agricultural industry agglomeration;agricultural insurance has an important influence on farmers'income and expenditure and the upgrading of agricultural industry.Therefore,strengthening the role of agricultural insurance is an important guarantee in the process of rural integration development,and should be a starting point to promote the high-quality agricultural development.At the same time,adapting to local conditions and implementing policies in different regions plays an important role in meeting the needs of rural integrated development and improving agricultural production levels.
