Review and Future Direction Exploration of Data Asset Management
Under the background of digital economy,data asset management has become a hot research topic.Focusing on this theme,this paper adopts bibliometric method and content analysis method to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the existing literature on data asset management and related fields.Based on relevant theories and conceptual foundations,data asset management is defined as the full life cycle management activities of data value enhancement,data asset operation and data asset disposal with the goal of realizing the expected value of data assets.A systematic analysis of the literature based on the research framework constructed on the basis of the definition shows that the research on the management activities of data value enhancement,data asset operation,as well as the two key nodes of data being recognized as an asset and the realization of the expected value of the data asset are relatively abundant,while the research on data asset disposal still has much room for expansion.Finally,the future research direction of data asset management is prospected.
