C orrelation B etw een B us C onvenience and N ew R esidential P rice R esearch of Lanzhou C ity
This paper takes the new residential areas from 2008 to 2013 and all the bus stops and lines at the same time of Lanzhou city for the data of research, use the number of bus lines that passengers can choose in a uniform radius buffer as a basis for judgment of the pros and cons of residential bus convenience, utilizing the correlation analysis to calculate the correlation coefifcient between the residential price and bus convenience. The results indicate that:(1)There is significantly positive correlation between new residential price and bus convenience of Lanzhou city;(2)The correlation between new residential prices and bus convenience of Lanzhou city is relfected in four types, which is dominated by high prices-high convenience (H-H) and low prices - low convenience (L-L) type, sporadic distribution of high prices- low convenience (H-L) and low prices-high convenience (L-H) type; among them, the distribution characteristics of H-H type cluster to the center city district of each districts signiifcantly, and L-L type shows that marginalized distribution of diffusion of periphery of city center;(3)The price level of new residential of Lanzhou city is comprehensively affected by various factors, including bus convenience conditions.
