Research on Shenzhen Phoenix Village Protective Renovation Strategy Based on the Symbiosis Theory
With the rapid economic development in the cities and constant land expansion, the traditional villages located in the urban fringe face more serious conlficts between the protection of the traditional villages and city development. This paper takes Shenzhen Phoenix Village as the example, imports the symbiotic system and constructs the symbiosis system between the traditional villages and city, and the connotation of three symbiosis elements between traditional village and the city clariifes. Based on the theoretical research, it analyses the current situation and problems of the three symbiosis elements. Finally the paper puts forward three strategies, including the optimization of symbiosis mode, strengthening symbiotic environment, the coordination of the symbiotic units, and then affords the speciifc protective renovation strategy. It is helpful for the improving the protection and renewal theory of the traditional villages, and also as the reference for the similar protective renovation of the traditional villages locating in the urban fringe.
