Research on the Generation and Implementation Path of"Non-Public Branches"under the Background of Refined Governance:A Case Study of Shenzhen
Firstly,by sorting out the adjustment of residential area organization mode and road grade in"Standard for Urban Residential Area Planning and Design",it is found that in the process of transforming traditional residential areas into pedestrian life circle,some residential roads will be upgraded to urban roads.Secondly,it analyzes the interaction between the built-up residential road system and the city in Shenzhen,and points out that the construction of the community life circle in the emerging stage needs a new type of shared urban road.On this basis,this paper advocates adding a new category of"non-public branches"in the subdivision level of urban branches,so as to achieve refined governance at the road space level.Finally,it explores the implementation ways and strategies of"non-public branches"under the background of Shenzhen's urban regeneration.
