超大、特大城市自我更新发展空间变革路径研究——基于全球科技产业变革视角

每一轮经济长周期中,少数超大、特大城市既在全球科技产业变革中发挥了关键的驱动作用,也引领了城市发展范式的变革.这些变革在空间上往往集中在这些城市的"创新先锋区域".中国的超大、特大城市肩负着带领国家竞争全球科技产业变革并跑、领跑地位的重任,应积极探索适合此轮科技产业变革的城市自我更新内生动力空间及其演进驱动路径.为此,需要从发展动力、发展空间、发展路径、价值增值以及方法论等角度,探索适应乃至引领信息时代城市变革新路径,重点包括:探索城市"实体—虚拟"相互映射空间体系构建路径、城市土地空间复合功能体系构建路径、城市空间价值可持续增值发展路径、城市空间的文化承继创新发展路径.
Research on the Path of Spatial Transformation for the Self-Renewal Development of Mega and Large Cities:From the Perspective of Global Technological Industry Transformation
In each long economic cycle,a small number of megacities play a key driving role in the global technological industry revolution and also lead the paradigm revolution of the urban development.These changes tend to be spatially concentrated in the"innovation pioneer zone"of these cities.The megacities in China shoulder an important task of leading the country to compete to be a peer or leader in the global technological industry revolution.They should actively explore the endogenous motivation and the evolutionary path of urban self-renewal,which is suitable for this round of the global technological industry revolution.So it is necessary to explore a new way of adapting and leading the urban revolution in the information age,from the perspectives of development impetus,development space,development path,value increment and methodology.The key points include:exploring the construction path of the urban space system based on the mutual mapping between physical space and virtual space,exploring the construction path of the compound function system of the urban land space,exploring the sustainable growth path of the value of urban space,exploring the cultural inheritance and innovative development path of the urban space.
