Response Mechanism of Public Space in Old City Community Driven by the Change of Social Structure:A Case Study of Xi'an
As a material carrier for the dual transformation of social structure and spatial structure,community public space needs to be adapted to the life style,group characteristics and social organization of residents.Taking Xi'an old city community as an example,this paper clarifies the transformation process of its social structure from conservative to freedom,aggregation to differentiation,and from coexistence to connection,summarizes the characteristics of the public space layout under four different types.It is proposed that the contemporary social relations of interest,heterogeneity and demarcation have a strong driving effect on the maintenance of system network,the optimization of layout mode and the integration of internal-external boundaries of community public space,at the same time,the community public space also reflects the response characteristics of multiple compatibility,inheritance subdivision,dynamic adaptation,hybrid mutation,and cooperative induction.
