Research on Coupling and Coordination of Rural Revitalization and Grassroots Public Cultural Services of China's 31 Provinces,Autonomous Regions and Municipalities Directly under the Central Government
The coupling and coordination of rural revitalization and grassroots public cultural services promotes the high-quality development of grassroots public cultural service in our country,the important content of the modernization construction of rural governance,and coordinates urban and rural development.This paper analyses mechanism of action about the coupling and coordination of rural revitalization and grassroots public cultural services,builds the coupling analysis framework and coupling index system.Taking the provincial panel data from 2017 to 2019,it uses the coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model to make empirical analysis about the relationship of coupling and coordination of rural revitalization and grassroots public cultural services of China's 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government.Based on conclusions,this paper provides policy suggestions for realizing rural revitalization and promoting grassroots public cultural services construction.
