Research on the Connotation and Mechanism of High Quality Development of Chinese Overseas Industrial Parks along the Belt and Road Area
China's overseas industrial parks along the Belt and Road area are crucial for advancing high-quality development along the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI).After years of construction,China's overseas industrial parks along the Belt and Road area have a certain foundation for development and have the necessity and feasibility to improve the quality of development.This paper evaluates the current state and high-quality development criteria of the BRI,reviews pertinent literature,and examines the progress and the imperative to evolve the development model of China's overseas industrial parks within the BRI framework,and then analyzed,revealed and constructed the connotation,content,mechanism and path of high-quality development of China's overseas industrial parks along the Belt and Road area,and took the China Belarus Industrial Park as an example for demonstration.It concludes by proposing countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of China's overseas industrial parks along the Belt and Road area.
