Management and Control Mode of Urban Riverside Space in Regulatory Plan:A Case Study of the Unit Control Planning of Hangzhou South Railway Station
The article investigates strategies and methods for the regulation and control of urban riverfront spaces at the detailed planning level, within the national land spatial planning system, focusing on the planning goal of"integrating blue and green spaces, and functional compounding".Drawing from the practical experience of formulating control regulations for the Hangzhou South Station area,it proposes a control model of"one line, one belt, one corridor, functional identification, and multiple indicators".The paper also explores the use of multi-objective optimization algorithms to assist in defining the riverfront space control lines and indicators during the determination process, aiming to address the shortcomings of relying solely on empirical judgment to set control indicators.
