Research on the Theoretical Connotation and Practical Case of Micro-Infrastructure in Urban Old Residential Areas Based on the Relationship Between Supply and Demand
Based on high-quality life,high-quality development,and high-performance governance,this paper analyzes the basic theories of micro-infrastructure,explores the social concepts and value judgments contained in old residential areas,and studies the basic theoretical connotations of micro-infrastructure in old residential areas.Through specific case design practice analysis,starting from the needs and matching relationships of three levels of physical space and facility services,social space and function improvement,and governance structure and management,it points out the spatial path that includes space sharing,functional connection,and facility promotion as the core;cultural identity,social integration and life reshaping as the core social path;cooperative governance,co-construction and sharing and integrated operation as the core governance path.
