As an essential source of Germany's space planning thought,its use control system has been an example for all countries in the world.On the basis of combing the framework of the land and space use control system in Germany,analyzing the operation mechanism of the land and space use control system in the links of total control and planning management,space access and implementation permission,planning monitoring and early warning mechanism,this paper summarizes Germany's land and space use control experience in the fields of legislation,project establishment,financial support,space monitoring,sustainable development and climate protection,hoping to provide reference suggestions for the improvement of China's land and space use control system.
