Evaluation of the Quality of Industrial Economy Operation in Major Cities in China

文章构建了我国城市工业经济运行质量评估指标体系,运用熵权Topsis法对2013-2020年我国20个主要工业城市的工业经济运行质量进行评估,并结合信度分析、耦合协调度、聚类分析等方法多维度研究样本城市整体以及单个样本城市工业经济运行质量及其子系统在时间和空间维度的变化规律.研究发现:2013-2020年,文章所选我国20个样本城市的工业经济运行质量整体上稳中有升的态势较为明显,且五大子系统之间已初步形成"高耦合、良协调"的良性发展格局,但样本城市的工业经济运行质量存在一定差异性,而随着我国工业经济转型升级的不断推进,城市间的差异化程度在减弱.
Abstract
The study established an evaluatioin system for the quality of industrial economy operation in Chinese cities.It applied the entropy-weighted Topsis method to evaluate the quality of industrial economy operation in 20 major industrial cities in China from 2013 to 2020.The evaluation also incorporated methods like credibility analysis,coupling coordination degree,and cluster analysis to study the changes in the quality of industrial economic operation and its subsystems across time and space dimensions.The findings indicate that from 2013 to 2020,the overall quality of industrial economy operation in the 20 cities showed a generally stable and improving trend.A preliminary"high coupling,good coordination"pattern among the five subsystems has emerged,though disparities in the quality of industrial economy operation exist among the cities.However,as China's industrial economy continues to transform and upgrade,the degree of differentiation between cities is diminishing.
