Research on Regional Scope Identification and Application of Central Urban Area of Small and Medium-Sized Towns in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei under the Background of Suburban Integration:A Case Study of Ningjin County,Hebei Province
The identification of the regional scope of the central urban area(hereinafter referred to as the"urban regional scope")is the premise and basis of the construction of the territorial spatial planning system in the new era.In the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region dominated by the county seat,most small and medium-sized towns and cities have the spatial characteristics of"city and village interweaving"and"urban and rural interweaving".Encountering the development trend of promoting the implementation of the new urbanization strategy with the county seat as the main engine and important carrier,the regional space of the central urban area of small and medium-sized towns and cities in this region should be scientifically defined.It has become the first link in the compilation of city and county territorial space planning.This paper analyzes the downsides of traditional land survey with urban and village attributes as"202 and 202A"and map spot recognition as urban area scope.Taking Ningjin county of Hebei province as an example,the paper compares the delineation of urban area scope determined by different working ideas such as urban base conversion and urban physical examination assessment.This paper puts forward the methods and approaches suitable for the identification of urban area of small and medium-sized towns in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and provides an important basis for supporting the optimization and adjustment of urban development boundaries,judging suburban integrated villages,and promoting urban-rural integration.
