Research on Street Vitality Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Metro-Center Stations under Humanistic Perspective:Chengdu,Chongqing as an Example
The central metro station,facilitating the agglomeration of urban population and business,is regarded as the impetus of urban development.The study takes eight central metro stations in Chengdu and Chongqing as examples.Based on the humanistic perspective of street scale,the study combines Baidu heat map,Baidu street view,POI and other multi-source spatio-temporal data to build a correlation model between street and built environment and vitality of central rail transit stations to quantitatively study the correlation mechanism between the two.It is found that:①Functional density and diversity can significantly improve the station area street vitality,and the most significant effect of mixing is found by comparing the two places.②Improving the pedestrian accessibility and increasing the development intensity of the station area have a certain promotion effect on the street vitality of the station area.③Street green ratio has a certain inhibitory effect on the station area street vitality.Finally,suitable strategies for optimizing the built environment of the central station are proposed according to the current conditions.
