Study on Activation Pathway of Xiangyang Historical Urban Landscape Based on Collective Memory
The accumulation process of historic urban landscape is also the construction process of collective memory.This study interprets the dynamic evolution characteristics of the urban historical landscape accumulation from both diachronic and synchronic perspectives,utilizing collective memory theory to decipher the mechanisms behind the construction of collective memory.This serves as a foundation for the construction and activation of cultural identity in relation to urban historical landscapes.Employing complex network research methods,it extracts elements of the historical landscape accumulation of Xiangyang city and conducts a statistical analysis of the logical relationships in the construction of urban historical landscape memory found in ancient texts.Furthermore,it interprets the mechanisms through which memory objects and carriers affect the accumulation process of urban historical landscapes.Ultimately,based on various related relationships,it proposes strategies for revitalizing the urban historical landscape at three levels:landscape patterns,regional clusters,and place markers.
