Measurement and Definition of the Life Circle of the Elderly in Suburban Rural Communities:A Case Study of Meiqiao Village and Yueshanlong Village in De'an County
Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,suburban villages,as an important type of rural community,require essential research into the age-appropriate layout and configuration of public service facilities.Based on the methods for measuring the living circles of rural elderly,the article uses Meiqiao village and Yueshanlong village in De'an county,Jiangxi province as examples.It employs research methods such as surveys,field reconnaissance,GIS,and GPS to empirically measure the living circles of elderly people in suburban rural communities.The study proposes a layered structure of living circles,including neighborhood circles,daily life circles,and expanded life circles,to accurately depict the daily activity trajectories,living circle ranges,and corresponding facility configurations of the elderly.
