摘要
纵观国内外城市更新历程,其基本遵循政府主导、政企合作、多方参与的更新模式与路径.文章基于我国城市更新治理模式分类,从外部及内生两个层面对其驱动机理构建逻辑框架,在此基础上对3种类型城市更新治理模式的效应研究进行全面梳理总结.研究发现:(1)城市更新治理模式与城市功能迭代融合性研究值得关注;(2)当前更新机理研究对多元主体博弈的制度经济学探索仍显不足;(3)城市更新效应评价研究集中于社会经济效益分析,应加强环境生态文化等综合效应评价;(4)公众参与城市更新的合理性和可行性仍有待深入探讨.
Abstract
Throughout the urban renewal process both at home and abroad,it generally follows the renewal model of government-led,government-enterprise cooperation,and multi-party participation.Based on the research on urban renewal in China,this paper constructs a logical framework for its driving mechanisms from both external and endogenous levels.On this basis,it sorts out and summarizes a comprehensive review of the effects of three types of urban regeneration governance models.The research found that:(1)The integration of urban renewal models and urban function iteration deserves more attention.(2)Current research pays more attention to exploring the renewal of urban spatial morphology from the perspective of urban planning,rather than the exploration of institutional economics in the game of multiple subjects.(3)Urban renewal effect evaluation research focuses on the analysis of social and economic benefits,and comprehensive evaluation of environmental,ecological and cultural effects should be strengthened.(4)The rationality and feasibility of public participation in urban renewal still need to be discussed in greater depth.
