Research on Financing Strategies for Social Capital Participation in Reconstruction Aging Residential Communities:A Case Study of Jinsong North Community,Beijing
In recent years,the limitations and unsustainability of relying solely on fiscal allocations for the regeneration of aging residential communities have become increasingly apparent.There is an urgent need to promote the participation of social capital in urban regeneration and to explore innovative financing strategies for social capital.Based on the theory of"multi-party participation"in urban regeneration,the study analyzes the financial challenges existing in current regeneration projects for aging residential communities.Taking the Jinsong North Community regeneration project as an example,it discusses the difficulties and potentials under current policy safeguards and financing innovations,proposing a framework for constructing a diversified financing model of social capital characterized by"guarantee-support-activation".Finally,it elucidates the breakthrough points in the transformation of the financing model for social capital participation in the regeneration of aging residential communities,which hold significant implications for establishing a multi-party participation system of social capital in urban regeneration and promoting high-quality urban development in China.
