The Underlying Practice of Preserving Historic Buildings in Traditional Villages in Suzhou:From the Perspective of Relational Property Rights
Property rights are the key variables affecting the protection and utilization of historical buildings in traditional villages.This paper attempts to provide an analytical framework for the protection of traditional village historical buildings from the perspective of relational property rights,based on the three dimensions of"access to resources","access to alliances",and"stable environment",and analyzes the mechanism of different relational property rights paths in the protection of traditional village historical buildings with three typical cases in Suzhou,so as to provide reference for the protection of traditional village historical buildings in China.
