Evaluation of Development Potential and Classification of Mountain Villages Based on Entropy Modified BWM-TOPSIS:A Case Study of Shawan District of Jingning She Autonomous County,Zhejiang Province
Defining the development potential of villages and scientifically identifying the types of villages are the basic support and the only way to compile village planning and implement the strategy of rural revitalization.Especially for the mountainous villages which are characterized by inconvenient transportation, wide distribution and small village scale due to their complex topography and geomorphological environment, classified planning can reflect the key difficulties and ways to deal with the development difficulties of mountainous villages to a certain extent. Therefore,it is of great significance to construct the evaluation system for the development potential of mountain villages and village classification method in line with the actual situation to realize the multilevel classification and guidance of mountain villages. The article mainly adopts methods such as entropy correction BWM-TOPSIS model and combines with landscape gene theory to construct a development potential evaluation model applicable to mountain villages,on the basis of which village classification research is carried out.Taking Shawan district,Jingning She autonomous county,Zhejiang province as an example, this paper divides the village types into 4 categories and 8 subcategories, and puts forward corresponding development strategies,so as to provide a new path for the overall revitalization of mountain villages.
