Research on the Wisdom of Traditional Urban Landscape Construction in Guangzhou
The wisdom of traditional Chinese urban landscape construction is an aesthetic and cultural expression that highlights the uniqueness and cultural diversity of Chinese civilisation.Guangzhou's special geographic location has evolved a unique landscape construction pattern that radiates across the entire Lingnan region,manifesting the landscape characteristics and viewing preferences of various dynasties,and documenting the collision and fusion of natural scenery and humanistic ideas in different periods.This paper examines the changes in Guangzhou's traditional urban landscape construction from the Song to the Qing dynasties,and systematically explains the multi-scale and multi-dimensional factors that influenced the construction of the regional urban landscape.Drawing on the theory of aesthetic adaptability,the paper explains the wisdom of Guangzhou's traditional cityscape construction based on the main body of the construction from the aspects of landscape evolution,shape and beauty awareness,and spatial layout.It is of theoretical and practical significance to explore the interpretation and inheritance of Chinese urban landscape construction tradition.
