Spatial Heterogeneity of Urban Vitality in Changsha Based on Multiple Methods
In order to cope with a series of urban issues brought about by the rapid expansion of the city,improving quality and creating vitality have become an important goal of urban planning and construction at this stage.Based on muti-source data,this article integrates geographical detector and multi-scale geographically weighted regression model(MGWR)to detect the driving mechanism and spatial correlation of urban vitality from multiple angles,and compares the spatio-temporal differences.The results show that:1)The urban vitality on weekdays and weekends in Changsha shows strong space aggregation,and the distribution of vitality nuclei is basically the same as that of urban business districts.2)The correlation strengths of different influencing factors are identified;the urban vitality is most significantly influenced by the development intensity and the density of commercial facilities(the key driving factors)on weekdays and by the density of commercial facilities on weekends.3)The interaction between the development intensity and the commercial service facilities density on both weekdays and weekends is the most obvious.Based on the above conclusions,this article proposes the strategy of creating urban vitality.
