存量语境下TOD理论迭代——公共交通支持发展的特征、进展与路径

当下我国公共交通导向发展(transit-oriented development,TOD)实践未能较好应对存量语境下的城市发展.首先,文章基于存量语境下TOD目标取向和侧重点的转变,提出TOD迭代理论——公共交通支持发展(transit supportive development,TSD)理论.其次,系统回顾与梳理了存量语境下TSD的新实践特征和国内外进展,并结合中国语境,构建区域/城市宏观布局调控、站域中观城市更新策划、站域中微观宜居社区塑造三方面的本土化实践路径,以期为公共交通支持下的中国城市转型发展提供参考.
Iteration of TOD Theory in the Context of Redevelopment:The Features,Progress and Path of Transit Supportive Development
The current practice of transit-oriented development(TOD)in China can't well deal with the urban development in the context of redevelopment.Firstly,based on the change of TOD target orientation and emphasis in the context of redevelopment,this paper proposes transit supportive development(TSD)theory,an iteration of TOD.Secondly,this paper systematically reviews and sorts out the characteristics of new practice of TSD and progress both at home and abroad in the context of redevelopment.Finally,this paper combines with China's local situation,constructs an overall,coordinated,and practical path from three aspects:regional/urban layout control in macroscopic scale,urban renewal planning of station area in mesoscopic scale,and shaping of livable community in station area in mesoscopic and microscopic scale,in order to provide reference for the transit supported transformation and development of Chinese cities.
