摘要

日益严重的老龄化背景下,建设优质室外健身场地促进老年人体力活动参与,从而提升其身体素质,是一种高效且低成本的健康老龄化途径.文章以成都旧城五区18 处室外健身场地为例,在分析老年人体力活动与建成环境要素关系的基础上,应用聚类算法将常见室外健身场地分为独立功能线状运动型、独立功能面状运动型、多功能面状运动型和大型综合功能运动型4 类,通过比对各类场地老年人体力活动效益与绩效差异,进而总结不同类型健身场地的建成环境优化设计策略,以期为室外健身场地的精细化建设提供参考.

Abstract

Against the backdrop of an increasingly aging population,building high-quality outdoor fitness spaces to promote physical activity among the elderly and improve their physical health is an efficient and cost-effective approach to healthy aging.Using 18 outdoor fitness spaces in the five old districts of Chengdu as examples,this article analyzes the relationship between elderly physical activity and built environment factors.It applies a clustering algorithm to categorize common outdoor fitness spaces into four types:independent functional linear activity spaces,independent functional area-based spaces,multifunctional area-based spaces,and large comprehensive functional spaces.By comparing the differences in the physical activity benefits and performance of the elderly across these space types,the article summarizes optimization design strategies for the built environment of different types of fitness spaces,providing insights for the refined construction of outdoor fitness areas.
