The Coupling Coordination and it's Influencing Factors of County Industry and Talents:A Case Study of Changshu
The transformation of industrial development in county regions in the new era requires talent support.Using Changshu,a typical industrial county in the Suzhou region,as the study subject,this article analyzes the spatial coupling coordination level and influencing factors between industry and talent in Changshu.It finds that the overall coupling coordination level between industry and talent in Changshu is at a moderate level,with development zones emerging as hubs for coordinated development.In terms of influencing factors,the economic benefits of enterprises,levels of innovation,and talent attraction play significant roles in the development of both industry and talent.Additionally,commuting distance and age of talent also impact the level of coordination between industrial and talent development.
