Research on Night Cultural Tourism Space for Z Generation Tourists:A Case Study of Dujiangyan and Guanxian Ancient Towns
Night cultural tourism space has gradually become an important research field in the development of cultural tourism. The Z generation,as a mainstream force in cultural tourism consumption, has contributed to the diversification of night cultural tourism spaces. This study utilized data mining of online reviews to explore the preferences and demands of tourists, and developed a Kano questionnaire to classify and prioritize the attributes of these preferences.Furthermore,a Quality Function Deployment(QFD)model was constructed to convert the weights of tourist demands into design element priorities. Finally, the research findings were validated and applied through the design of night cultural tourism experiences in Guanxian Ancient Towns,Dujiangyan. The results indicated that the night cultural tourism demands of Z generation tourists can be categorized into three types:physical space, virtual space, and the integration of virtual and physical spaces.By leveraging digital media technologies, the creation of diverse travel routes and experiential media, while showcasing the intrinsic cultural values of the regions,is crucial for the development of distinctive cultural tourism spaces.
