The Research and Practice of Extracurricular Education System for Fostering Innovative Compound Planning-Oriented Talents
With the growing societal demand for compound and innovative talent,the traditional classroom teaching system designed for specialized talent cultivation is no longer sufficient to meet these changes.Some universities have begun exploring extracurricular teaching to complement classroom instruction and innovate teaching models.This article defines the basic characteristics of compound and innovative talent and analyzes the necessity,functions,and framework of building an"extracurricular education system"for planning-related disciplines.Using the research and practice at the College of Landscape Architecture at Nanjing Forestry University as a case study,the article provides an empirical analysis of this approach.
