第一视角下科技园区空间与创新的作用机制测度研究

随着国际竞争的加剧和国内产业的发展,自主创新能力已成为当今高科技园区的核心竞争力,通过对空间与创新的作用机制进行测度,构建利于创新的空间品质评估模型是推动科技园区转型升级的关键依据.文章以阿里巴巴、腾讯、百度等科技园区的研发人员的第一视角作为评估基础,进行先导研究和指标修正,运用初步构建的评价框架对已建成运营超过10 年的广州国际生物岛进行评估,结合量化与质化相对照的分析进行综合验证,以此为基础最终确立由5 个维度和12个公共因子构成的高科技园区空间品质评估模型,并对此模型的评估结论进行应用策略探讨.
A Study on the Mechanism Measurement of Space and Innovation in Science and Technology Parks from the First Perspective
With the intensification of international competition and the development of domestic industries,the ability for independent innovation has become the core competitiveness of today's high-tech parks.It is the key basis for promoting the transformation and upgrading of high-tech parks by measuring the mechanism of space and innovation and constructing a spatial quality evaluation model conducive to innovation.Based on the first perspective of R&D personnel in Alibaba,Tencent,Baidu and other science and technology parks,this paper conducts pilot research and index correction,evaluates Guangzhou International Bio Island,which has been built and operated for more than ten years,and comprehensively verifies it by combining quantitative and qualitative comparative analysis.On this basis,it finally establishes a spatial quality evaluation model for high-tech parks consisting of 5 dimensions and 12 public factors,and discusses the application strategies of the evaluation conclusions of this model.
