Construction of Town and Village System and Remediation Strategy in the Core Area of Urban Agglomeration Based on"Element-Potential-Type"Perspective
The establishment of scientifically informed town and village development systems,coupled with tailored rural enhancement strategies,is important for reconstructing rural development paths and promoting urban-rural integration.Utilizing the logical framework of"element identification-potential exploration-type classification",this process elucidates the coupling mechanism and functional degrees of each element,guided by the orientation of rural geographical heterogeneity.Laying the foundation for the categorization of village types by amalgamating potential elements and crafting a comprehensive system for towns and villages.Based on the classification and grading system of towns and villages,the functions and remedial strategies of are clarified by zoning.The results indicate that:Due to the differences in the roles of multiple subjects,rural development exhibits spatial conflicts between various elements.Identifying the distinctions in the interlinked roles of rural elements serves as the foundational step in assessing the phase and status of rural development.Integrating the heterogeneous characteristics of rural and tapping the potential elements to differentiate and guide the type of rural to meet the diverse needs of urban-rural development.Using the dual combination classification,the rural areas of Yanming Lake Township are categorized into four types and seven varieties.By amalgamating the outcomes of town and village element assessment and type classification of village,establishing a spatial structure of"One core-three centers-multiple points"in the study area.Remediation strategies are then proposed in accordance with the distinct attributes of these subdistricts.The system of towns and villages with harmonized elements,distinct advantages,well-defined hierarchies and aligned functions,along with the tailored enhancement strategies provide reference for the optimization of urban and rural layouts and the coordination of regional relations.
