考虑储能运营模式的时序生产模拟及新能源消纳评估

随着电力系统中新能源渗透率的不断提升和储能在电力系统中的逐步商业化应用,储能的发展成为建设以新能源为主体的新型电力系统的关键.但是,储能还面临着利用效率低、经济效益不佳等问题.针对上述问题,首先建立储能在多运营模式下的协同运行策略,分析储能在多运营模式下的经济效益.其次,考虑储能协同运行策略对时序生产模拟模型的修正,建立考虑储能运营模式多样化的新能源消纳能力评估模型.然后,采用IEEE 30节点标准算例分析和挖掘了储能在优先考虑自身利益最大化的情况下对新能源消纳的促进作用,验证了所提考虑储能运营模式的新能源消纳能力评估方法的有效性.最后,对储能的不同容量/功率配置方案进行敏感性分析,构建了兼顾储能经济性指标与新能源消纳指标的配置方案.算例分析结果表明,储能协同运行策略不仅能显著增加储能装置运营收益,还能有效提高新能源消纳能力.
Time Series Production Simulation and Renewable Energy Accommodation Evaluation Considering Energy Storage Operation Mode
With the increasing penetration of renewable en-ergy and commercial application of energy storage in power system,the development of energy storage has become the key to building the new-type power system.However,energy stor-age is still faced with problems such as low efficiency and eco-nomic benefits.To this end,the cooperative operation strategy of energy storage in multiple operation modes is established,and the economic benefits are analyzed.Considering the model modification of sequential production simulation brought by the energy storage operation strategy,a renewable energy capacity assessment model considering multiple energy storage opera-tion modes is established.Then,the IEEE 30 bus standard sys-tem is utilized to analyze the effect of energy storage on renew-able energy consumption under the condition of maximizing economic interests,and verify the effectiveness of the capacity assessment method of renewable energy.Finally,the sensitiv-ity analysis of capacity and power configuration of energy stor-age is carried out,and a configuration scheme considering both economic and renewable energy consumption indices is con-structed.The case study shows that proposed cooperative oper-ation strategy can not only increase the economic benefit en-ergy storage,but also improve the renewable energy consump-tion capacity.
