Multi-objective Islanding Operation Strategy of Active Distribution Network Considering the Assistance of Mobile Energy Storage System
As the proportion of renewable energy in the distri-bution network continues to increase, problems such as voltage exceeding limits that affect the stable and economic operation of post-disaster distribution network islands become more prominent. In order to effectively solve the voltage exceeding limit problem in isolated islands and consider the operational economy,a multi-objective isolated island operation strategy considering the assistance of mobile energy storage system for active distribution networks was proposed.Firstly, voltage con-trol and economic operation of active distribution network is-lands can be theoretically proven to be achieved through the op-timization of both active and reactive power.Secondly, using mobile energy storage as an auxiliary resource, taking minimiz-ing node voltage deviation and total cost during islanding oper-ation as an objective,a multi-objective islanding operation model for an active distribution network was established, and the Pareto optimal solution set was obtained by using the ε-con-straint method. Finally,an IEEE 33 bus distribution system was taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy. The results show that the proposed strategy can syner-gistically optimize the active and reactive power output of dif-ferent power sources after island partition, allowing for the op-erational economy while eliminating the risk of voltage exceed-ing limits in post-disaster distribution network islands.
