摘要

非学历教育是高校人才培养的重要组成部分,是建设全民终身学习型社会以及服务国家战略和经济社会发展的重要途径.在建设教育强国和人才强国的目标驱动下,高校非学历教育既肩负着通过面向社会办学提升广大劳动者的知识、技术和职业素养的重任,同时也是高校教师学术成长不可或缺的条件.我国高校非学历教育规模庞大、形式多样、属性不一,需要进行更深入的理论研究,强化政策激励.本期的4篇文章分别从高校非学历教育服务人才强国建设、非学历教育的转型发展、非学历教育与教师学术成长、非学历教育与科技发展等方面进行理路分析和政策分析,以期引发学界进一步深化高校非学历教育高质量发展的研究.

Abstract

As an important part of tertiary education,non-degree education is indispensable for promoting China's socio-economic development and building China into an inclusive lifelong learning society.Non-degree education not only helps to upskill our work-force and increase their productivity,but also is the key to the professional growth of college teachers.There are numerous and di-versified non-degree programs in China's colleges and universities.To promote research on non-degree education,we held a panel discussion and presented here four articles exploring topics:1)how to promote non-degree tertiary education to build China into a talent competitive and"education strong"country;2)how to transform degree-earning continuing education programs into non-de-gree ones;3)what is the relationship between non-degree education and college teachers'professional growth;4)how to create a synergy between science,industry and non-degree education.
