面向新质生产力的大学知识生产:转型、特征与路径

大力推进现代化产业体系建设、加快发展新质生产力要以知识生产为驱动.大学作为知识生产的核心组织,其知识生产活动与生产力变革之间存在密切的关系.历次工业革命中生产力的迭代升级催生了大学知识生产需求的变化,大学从高深知识生产的"象牙塔"逐渐转为"企业型"的知识生产中心.面对第四次工业革命以及新质生产力发展,大学应形成新的知识生产特征,结合区域现实条件和资源优势进行因地制宜的知识生产,精准对接国家战略和产业需求进行问题导向的知识生产,根据生产要素转型进行数智化的知识生产.为回应新质生产力要求,大学需推动"从0到1"的原创性、颠覆性科技创新,加速"从1到N"的科技成果落地转化,强化高层次人才供给.通过优化上述知识生产路径,大学可为实现中国高水平科技自立自强、加快形成新质生产力做出贡献.
The"new quality productive forces"strategy comes amid China's pursuit of high-quality development and industrial structure upgrading.It features knowledge-driven growth and is closely related to the university,a leading producer of knowledge.Over the past few centuries,the university has been changed from an ivory tower to an economic powerhouse.At present,to develop new quality productive forces in China,it is necessary to further transform knowledge production in the university so that we can have not only locally adapted and AI-powered knowledge production,but also knowledge production that serves China's nation-al interests and best fits our national strategies.When implementing this transformation,we need to:1)promote disruptive innova-tion or"zero to one"innovation in science and technology;2)enhance the commercialization of those truly innovative achieve-ments;3)develop a high-quality talent pool for knowledge production.
