为了提高无线电能传输系统的工作距离范围和效率,提出一种基于谐振网络控制策略的无线电能传输系统方案.该方案采用谐振电容控制电路和谐振电感控制电路来实现系统谐振频率的自适应匹配,进一步,通过对线圈的结构进行重构,优化线圈结构设计,调节不同距离下的互感和耦合系数,提高工作距离范围及功率传输性能.为了验证系统方案的可行性,首先通过磁场仿真和电路仿真进行验证,然后搭建无线电能传输样机进行性能测试.测试结果表明,相比于通用的无线电能传输系统,所提方案工作距离范围增加了50%,全距离范围内效率显著提升.
WPT system based on resonant network control strategy
In order to improve the working distance range and efficiency of the wireless power transfer(WPT)system,a WPT system scheme based on the resonant network control strategy is proposed.In this solution,the resonant capacitor control circuit and the resonant inductor control circuit are used to realize the adaptive matching of the system′s resonant frequency.Furthermore,by reconstructing the structure of the coil and optimizing the design of the coil structure,the mutual inductance and coupling coefficient at different distances are improved,so that the working distance range and power transmission performance are improved.In order to verify the feasibility of the system solution,it was first verified by means of the magnetic field simulation and circuit simulation,and then the WPT prototype was built for the performance test.The testing results show that in comparison with the general WPT system,the working distance range of the proposed system solution is increased by 50%,and the efficiency within the entire distance range is improved significantly.
