Analysis on the Community Sports Equipment Present Situation and the Countermeasure in Heilongjiang Province
This paper uses methods of documentation analysis,interview and investigation to analyze the situation and their utilization for sports equipment resources of the typical community in Heilongjiang. According to the survey, there are some problems of community sports equipment usage in Heilongjiang province, for example,community sports equipment few in number;Community sports equipment was badly damaged;the use and management of community sports equipment work lag;the lack of professional guidance;sports funds shortage;residents' fitness subjective consciousness is weak. Above all,this thesis puts forward some constructive suggestions to improve the management of venues and facilities of community fitness in Heilongjiang province.
