Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of this paper is mainly to explore the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer with neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods:120 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer were selected in our hospital in 2013 April~2014 year in April during the above cases, the patients were randomly divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases), the control group patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the observation group were treated by intra- arterial neoadjuvant chemotherapy, long- term therapeutic effect of recent the curative effect, the last of two groups were compared and the adverse reaction. Results:after the treatment, the short- term curative effect of two groups of patients were good, the difference was not significant (P>0.05), was not statistically significant, but the observation group patients survival than the patients in the control group, the operation rate is higher than that of control group, were signifi-cantly different, P<0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion:the use of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in treatment of patients with locally ad-vanced cervical cancer, its effect is obvious, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
