Objective: Mirena in preventing endometrial polyps hysteroscopic resection of recurrent clinical effect to be explored. Methods: our hospital between January 2012 to December 2013 were treated 60 cases under hysteroscopic endometrial resection patients, which were divided into two groups, respectively, as the control group and the observation group, the control group of patients with oral megestrol acetate conduct treatment, observation group Mirena postoperative treatment, the two groups of patients with recurrent endometrial polyps were analyzed. Re-sults:The patients in the control group, there have been four cases of endometrial polyps in patients with relapsed, none of the patients in the ob-servation group in endometrial polyp recurrence, the recurrence rate in patients with a significant difference between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:The Mirena applied to the next shampoo hysteroscopic endometrial resection patients, postop-erative recurrence of polyps have a good preventive effect.
