Objective:application effect analysis of ropivacaine in brachial plexus block with compound injection of dezocine. Methods:64 pa-tients were selected for upper limb operation, will be divided into control group and observation group with 32 cases in each group, in brachial plexus block anesthesia control group received 30mL of 0.4% ropivacaine, the observation group was given 30mL 0.4% ropivacaine and 30mg spray dezocine, compared two groups of patients with anesthesia effect and adverse reaction of. Results:in the observation group, the onset time was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the duration of sensory block and the duration of analgesia was significantly longer than that in the control group, two groups of patients the incidence of adverse reaction had no significant difference. The observation group 1 patients required supplementary analgesia, the control group was assisted analgesia occurrence rate is 12.5%, the difference between the two groups were significant. Conclusion:the application of ropivacaine injection Dizuoxinke in brachial plexus block prompted the brachial plexus block effec-tively, worthy of promotion.
