[pick to]objective:to analyze obstetrical acute diffuse intravascular coagulation (DIC) clinical early diagnosis and treatment. Methods:40 pa-tients with DIC were selected as the research object, by looking for the cause, for patients with shock, supplement blood capacity and appropriate supplement blood coagulation material. For patients undergoing elective surgery was performed and stillbirth cesarean delivery, termination of pregnancy at the right time to heparin therapy in patients with bleeding, using medical gauze plugging caused by intrauterine when necessary, laboratory results compared before and after treatment patients. Results:40 patients with DIC after symptomatic treatment and nursing, symptoms of acute disseminated intravascular coagulation improved well. Conclusion:obstetric acute diffuse intravascular coagulation should be early diag-nosis and treatment, auxiliary nursing intervention, so as to improve the patients' clinical symptoms, treatment purposes.
