objective to explore the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of anal fistula. Method of our hospital 130 cases with anal fistula randomly divided into control group and observation group in the two groups. The control group, 65 cases of surgery treatment, observation group 65 cases on the basis of this Chinese medicine external treatment and oral medicine treatment. The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients observed. Results observation group after treatment, 64 cases cured, improvement in 1 case, 0 no effect, the clinical total effective rate was 100%; The control group after treatment, the cure 45 cases, 13 cases improved, 7 had no effect, the clinical total effective rate was 89.23%. Observation group total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion treatment of anal fistula patients adopt combine traditional Chinese and western medicine method, can obtain significant clinical effect, is worth promoting.
