Effects on the body's immune globulin after appendectomy
Objective:It is widely believed that the appendix take its effect in childhood, but not play its part in growth period. But in recent years, a new study found that the appendix involved in the body's immune, and for this reason, we take after appendectomy to changes in the body's immune globulin to explore their effects on the body's immune function. Methods:we used ELISA method to detect before surgical re-section, postoperative day outside, and postoperative week 1 month, 3 months of peripheral blood, to understand the immune globulin IgM and IgG, IgA, the change of the situation, change of the statistical analysis. Results: we analysis the four period both groups of peripheral blood immunoglobulin statistical results. The sample of the four periods of immunoglobulin IgG levels significant difference, statistically sig-nificant (P < 0.05), and the IgM and IgA is no significant differences. Conclusion: it is turn out that the changes in the number of immune globulin after appendectomy, which has certain effects on the body's immune function after surgery.
