摘要
目的：总结人工全膝关节置换术患者的护理方法。方法对9例患者进行术前心理护理、术后康复锻炼及认真细致的护理、术后并发症的防治及循序渐进的功能锻炼指导。结果9例患者切口均一期愈合，无感染发生，膝关节功能恢复良好。结论对人工全膝关节置换术患者实施科学的护理，是保证人工全膝关节置换成功的重要因素。
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the nursing methods of total knee arthroplasty patients. Methods:9 patients were given preoperative psycho-logical nursing, postoperative rehabilitation training and careful nursing, prevention and treatment of postoperative complications and step functions exercise guidance. Results:9 patients incision healed, no infection, good recovery of knee joint function. Conclusion:on the basis of the nursing of artificial total knee replacement patients, is an important factor to ensure the success of total knee arthroplasty.
