The effects of T cell subsets after ruptured spleen resection
Objective:in order to understand the spleen rupture after resection caused the change of T cell subgroup, we explore the impact on the body's immune function after surgery. Methods:we used flow cytometry to test before splenectomy, postoperative day outside, and postoper-ative week 1 month, 3 months of peripheral immune cells called T cells subgroup of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 + and statistical analysis. Results:through the four period both groups peripheral blood test statistics results of the analysis of the four periods of sample different number of T cell subgroup, significant difference statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:it is turn out that the body's immune function declined after resec-tion caused a significant decline ,which reflected in the number of T cell subgroup.
