摘要
目的：观察自血疗法治疗痤疮的作用和疗效。方法选择150例病例，随机分为两组，各75例。治疗组（1）取患者静脉血5ml，立即注入臀部肌肉，每周一次；（2）外用0.1%维A酸软膏，病情严重者加服用抗生素（多西环素0.1 bid口服）治疗。对照组（1）外用0.1%维A酸软膏，病情严重者加服用抗生素（多西环素0.1 bid口服）治疗。结果治疗组的疗效较对照组有明显的提高。12周治疗组的治愈率达92.0%，对照组治愈率为78.6%。结论自血疗法治疗痤疮可以明显提高治愈率，无明显副作用，且安全有效，值得推广。
Abstract
Objective:to observe the blood therapy function and curative effect of treating acne. Methods:choose 150 cases randomly divided into two groups, 75 cases each. Treatment group (1) in patients with venous blood 5 ml, immediately into the hip muscles, once a week. (2) the topical 0.1% vitamin A acid ointment, serious illness and antibiotics (0.1 bid oral medication administration)treatment. The control group (1) 0.1%vitamin A acid ointment for external use only, disease severity and antibiotics (0.1 bid Oral medication administration) treatment. Results:the curative effect of treatment group than the control group significantly improved. 12 weeks of treatment group cure rate was 92.0%, and the control group cure rate was 78.6%. Conclusion:the blood therapy to treat acne can obviously increase the cure rate, no significant side effects, safe and effective, is worth promoting.
