Aiming at the problems of difficult equipment monitoring in chemical production and limited monitoring ability of process staff during high risk operation,this paper introduces the relevant knowledge of ball distribution control,including system composition,working principle,and positive significance of its application in chemical enterprises,points out that ball distribution control has played a great role in the application of Offshore Oil Fudao Company.
