Retrofit summary of evaporation system to reduce the biuret production
The urea plant of Hebei Zhengyuan Hydrogen Energy Technology Company adopls the traditional CO2 stripping process,with a production capacity of 800,000 t/a.Since start up from April 2015,biuret in product has been accounting for around 1.0%.In order to reduce the content of biuret in the product,through adjustment of the process parameter of urea plant,the evaporation system of the first and second evaporation U-bend pipeline are technically retrofitted,after the retrofit biuret content in product is reduced to less than 0.9%,and the rate of superior quality product is improved.
