Problems and treatment measures of Hydro fluidized bed granulation unit
The problems of frequent breakage of vibrating screen mesh,frequent breakage of vibrating screen wire rope,high dust content in finished product belt trestle,overhauling of single crusher requiring load reduction of granulation device and high temperature of lubricating oil of atomizing air compressor,which existed in Hydro fluidized bed granulation unite during operation,are analyzed in depth.Problems are solved through the adoption of treatment measures to achieve the objectives of environmental protection,energy conservation and product quality enhancement.
